This car did not look too bad to the customer, but after chemical stripping we can see what's really left of the metal. Above and below are pictures of steps required to repair the car.
An example of how bad the cowl area of the car can get. To repair the cowl multiple layers of sheet metal had to be cut open and the repair is done from the inside layer out. Sealer must be installed around cowl tubes before other layers welded on.
